I think the recipe is off. Between the fat free cream cheese I own and the peanut butter, there should be plenty of fat in there to make frosting without adding butter. And I’m debating if I am going to put organic sugar in the food processor (to make organic icing sugar), or use Splenda for the sugar part, although I’m leaning toward real sugar. It is going to be divine.

 what about using honey?

Will Honey whip properly into frosting? hmmmm…
